Any advice servo replacement 2005 3.0tdi quattro?

Wifes cars servo now making constant hissing noise with foot on pedal so its time for a new one, looks to me like master cylinder has to come off for access?
Are the brakes easy to bleed like any other car?

Finally got my **** in gear and fitted the new servo and master.
Choice of three servos luckily mine was the cheapest one at 128 quid, master was 77 quid and a new brake switch at 17 quid as I broke it!
Not a bad job at all and certainly easier than I was anticipating.
