Car delivery

I think I remember someone saying that there's a set amount of time they have to get a new car from port to the dealer? Ours arrived at Grimsby 2 weeks ago tomorrow, the dealer has said it has been assigned delivery but has not turned up yet, getting worried as were Car-less as of Saturday morning 😥

I believe they have 10 working days to get it from port to dealer, whether that includes the day it arrives or not I don't know. Even if the car arrives at the dealer today it may be a challenge for them to get it prepared for you to pick up on Saturday. Have you spoken to the dealer to see if there is any chance of a loan car until yours is available to pick up? Worth asking the question

Dealers now saying it may be Monday. They've offered a loan car to fill the gap and they've really good about trying to get it here, not there fault but I was really looking forward to getting this weekend
