Hi,
first of all.. sorry for my bad english. A friend suggested me to post here my problem because it seems yours is the best forum for Audi owners.
I searched a lot in the forum without finding a solution to my problem.
I really hope you can help me to understand the problem (already asked in many forums but without success).

I try to explain:
Car: Audi A4 B8 '09 with original Bluetooth. No MMi, Audi Concert.
Bluetooth worked well for years.. now it is stucked.

Trying to connect a mobile phone, I got the permanent message in the display "Please wait..."
Phone is connected (if I use the phone to reply to a call audio is ok from car), but I'm not able to answer/hang up calls with car, search number, show calling number, and phonebook is not available. When I turn the car off.. it loose pairing and I have to search car again.

What I noticed is that when bluetooth was ok, bt name was something like "Audi UHV 0897", now bt name is "Audi UHV 0000"

Just tried:

reset phone settings from Audi "setup"
tried with many phones (android, iphone, old nokia)
disconnected car battery for more than an hour

I had no luck: always the same problem.

A friend used the original ross-tech diagnostic software and this is the faults found:

In telephone, "01042 - Control Module; Not Coded " is quite strange.. isn't it?

Many thanks for your attention

It looks like your telephone module is faulty. Even though it says it's not coded, there are no Serial Numbers / Coding being read and its only showing one occurrence of the fault. I could be wrong, you could try recoding it by copying the coding from another users phone module with the same specs to yours.
