Golf Mk3 Electric Window Regulator

Hi, I was just wondering if there is anyway I can repair the regulators on my Golf. Drivers side front and rear have both gone 'crunch and bang!!'
I know that most will evetually go the same way, but can I repair them????

You need to replace the regulator but the motors will be transferable.

If that is the case, is it possible to put the motor onto a manual window regulator??? 2nd hand ones go for silly money on ebay, and I was just thinking of cost
