Hallo,
It is about 2 weeks driving my Audi Q7 (2006, Sline, 3.0 TDI) at UK and started to have gray-ish smoke when accelerating and some times when driving quite slow in Reading traffic. Usually filled with top quality diesel fuel. Need your advice on capable Audi Q7 expert around , whom may help me to pin-point the problem. Same car was driven for 3 months in Istanbul/Turkey without any apparent indication of above mentioned problem.
Many thanks in advance,
Guray

Can`t offer you expert views,... However just sharing similiar exp..
Had thick smoke cominb from the under and left top.. Turned out to be diesel leak due a ruptured banjo bolt.. According to Audi tech..
Might be worth checking engine area of sby2 deisel leaking as a starting point. .
Hopefully someone on here can provide some expert diagnosis..
Hopefully get to the bottom of it..
Rgds

Hi again,
Have noticed a 'trend' those days. You start engine and drive car for a while, everything is normal. Turn engine off and wait for about 20 minutes and then start driving. Smoke appears only when you star engine for second time and it lasts for about 10 seconds and then everything normal again. Seems amount of smoke is proportional to RPM's. Any ideas 'what' can this be ?
By the way smoke comes from exhaust (I believe)

I can't help with the issue but have you tried contacting Audi Reading for help? http://www.sytner.co.uk/audi/dealer-locator/reading-audi/

This white smoke may be unburnt diesel. Have you smell this white smoke?
You may be needing to clean your injectors.
