Bluetooth Problem

Hi there
My Bluetooth is not working. When I select the telephone, the message "Automatic Connection is Active" comes up but there is no connection to my mobile phone. The Bluetooth has been working for over a year now with no problems. Just all of a sudden this message comes up and there is no connection to my phone. I have tried all the options on the settings but nothing changes. Thank you in anticipation. Jane G

Try delete all bounded devices and try find your mobile again manualy from both side(car,phone), if no luck, your phone may need softupdate/refresh or check with vcds maybe some fault in memory.
