S4 b8 engine oil

I've recently puchased an Audi s4 b8 2010
I'm looking at doing an oil change in the near future and after any recommendations on particular brands to use that specify with the vw50200 and vw50400 specs.
I am not driving the car excessively hard and roughly do around 8000 miles per year.
Mobil 1 esp 5w30 was used on the last Audi service but was wondering if anybody can recommend an alternative?

Don't use 502.00 it's a lesser quality oil.

The Mobil 1 ESP , Quantum-Longlife III , Castrol Edge , Shell Helix Ultra Professional , all 504.00 approved .

Quantum LongLife III is cheapest .

Thanks for your reply ... I was opting towards the longlife recommended 50400 as that's what it's had previously in it's intervals. It's been serviced every year and on average that was every 7000 miles.
The above oils are available in different specs ... Would i be best going for a 5w30 or 5w40?

504.00 LongLife is always a 5W30 .

I've found some petronas syntium av 5w30 on euro carparts on offer for £19 for 4 litres .... It's on the vw504.00 spec list
Any thoughts on this ?
