Your Audi

Hi all, I have put an order in for a a6 avant ultra be at the start of the month and have since logged onto my Audi to track the progress of it being built, all was good until today when I signed in to be greeted by a picture of an r8! I doubt some secret millionaire has taken pitty on me and thought I deserved a new toy. Also all the spec has dissapereard and has been replaced with....

Audi A6,A7 / C7 - AU571,AU572,AU573 A6 Avant TDI2.0 I4140 A7

Any ideas why?
Loving the forum btw, and looking forward to going back German in July (ish)

This is only a guess, but it could be somethibg to do with the midlife face lift tweaks that were revealed last week.

I'm sure someone with much more knowledge will come along soon to confirm or deny.

Is this your first A6?

I have just logged in and my order for an A6 has changed in the same way as you described above. I'll take thhe R8 though as long as they don't let me wait any longer and the price stays the same:)

Glad it's not just me, yep it's my first a6, I went to an open day at our local Audi with the old man just to ponce a go in an r8 and came away with a order for an a6??!?

Almost certainly down to the MY17 change over. Means you will get the changes and if you have specced the Tech Pack that will give Apple Carplay and Android Auto functionality

I hope you are correct. Android Auti and wireless charging would be nice.

I have also just noticed that my build week on the Your Audi site has changed from week 22 to week 29:mad:.

Where does it tell you the build date? Is it the order date at the top? Mine says 07/01/16

After you have logged in copy and paste this URL into the browser but replace the xxx with your own order number and remove the space after the https:// https:// www.audi.co.uk/myaudi-public-api/services/v1/orders/ (https://www.audi.co.uk/myaudi-public-api/services/v1/orders/xxx)xxx

Right at the bottom of the wall of text you will see something like: "buildWeek":"201629","firstDayOfBuildWeek":"2016-07-18T00:00:00+0100"
