2105 S4 spare key fob

So just used my spare key fob and it wont fold the mirrors like the other one i use all the time? Also dont think the stop/start worked either with spare?

After advice why and how to rectify? i presume in MMI maybe?

Most convenience functions are linked to each individual keyfob, if you start the car with any key, change various settings it will save and remember which key did what and will recall each different setting depending on which key is used.

just start the car with it, choose whatever settings you want (ie aircon, folding mirrors, conv windows, central locking settings etc) then stop and lock the car.
