Hi Guys,

Just got rid of my Touran and picked up a Nov 2015 Seat Alhambra SE LUX. Love it so far but arent they big!

Been a moderator for Clubtouran for over 12 years and sad to be moving on but a bigger family means a bigger car.

Just a few questions if i may.

Are the centre armrests supposed to click in different positions, mine just sits at the lowest position and does not click when i move it up as it did in my Touran? Dealer says they have been changed so no longer click in different locations. Find that hard to believe.

I see the car has full link on the stereo but i cannot get any of my phones to even be regonized as a usb input, a usb stick works when connected to the usb slot in the arm rest so that must be ok. Very frustrating. Phone is a sony z1, have also tried an LG and a few others.

Is there also a UK club for Alhambra owners such as we have with the Touran?

The armrest clicks on my 2011 model and also extend forwards. I guess you'll need to visit a showroom again to see if they're telling the truth!

I don't have a USB connection and probably a much lower spec audio unit, but are you able to connect with Bluetooth? My BT connection has worked well although occasionally the whole phone menu will disappear from the dash and to restore it requires reaching under the drivers seat, pulling out the BT unit and disconnecting the cable loom to it for a few seconds. When plugged back in normal service is resumed.
