I bought a 55 plate golf mk5 fsi 2 weeks ago with 60k on the clock. Last sunday the engine management light turned on. Have it diagnosed and the result was cat converter. I have it resetted and after a week it came back again. No power loss or misfire. Just wondering if I can put some cat cleaner first and see if it will work. Any advise will be greately appreciated. Thanks.
