Intake Manifold error, and glow plug

hi

cars done 96000 miles

so done a vcds scan since the engine management light came on and had the error below, so i have take the intake manifold flap out gave it a clean, and put it back it there was carbon built up. i didnt remove the EGR valve there was a bit of carbon built up in there too, but did give it a bit of a clean.

Do you thing it is worth buying this BG 244: Fuel System Cleaner like £20 from ebay to clean out the system or is it just waste of money??

Also need to change glow plug any tip, tried to open it buy i think i will snap it

Hi,just dont try to get out the glow plug when zhe engine is cold.need to be hot,then try with small force.if it doesnt come out spray it with something liken wd40 several times and try again with small force.

thanks for the reply, final did manage to get the glow plug out, sprayed with gt85 penetrating oil spray a few times and then got a torque wrench and managed to get them out.
