reverse sensor

I've just removed the rear sensors from the bumper and the retainer/fastener that holds it to the bumper has broken, they are just self adhesive things, rang Audi and they are not available seperately, you have to replace the bumper.

Anyone know if this is the case?:(

I've heard of people who retrofit the parking sensors using VW Passat holders. VW also sell double sided adhesive pads. If you do a search on google I sure you will find an answer.
