Hi All
I have just bought a 2012 62 plate A4 S-line and while checking the controls discovered that the Navi button on the steering wheel says it is disabled, does this mean that satnav is not installed and if so, can i retrofit navigation and is it worth it?
Also interested in any tips and tricks for this car as it's the first Aud i have ever owned.

Many thanks in advance

Richard

The short answer is yes you could retrofit it but it'd cost a stunning amount of money.

I have a 2012 A4 (facelifted) and looked into it but it involves far too much work and money for my liking. We don't have MMI as such and so everything needs to be replaced, and fresh stuff installed. Not worth the effort IMHO. It includes the MMI control system, some of the cables, all the buttons by the gear lever, the screen etc etc etc.

The NAV button is installed on all models but that doesn't mean you have Sat Nav unfortunately.
