Allroad C5 pre wired for electric seats?

Hi, my Allroad has the black & grey leather seats with electric height & lumbar adjustment, all other adjustments are manual. I'd like to change for all black and have found a complete interior that has all electric adjustment and memory seats. Does anyone know if they com pre wired for electric seats and therefore a straight swap?

Yep, you might have to swap a few plugs around but they will work fine-don't know about the memory seats option though ! I have had rs6 recaro seats retrofitted to a year 2000 allroad tdi, no problems...

I had to wait for a bit of dry weather so completed the replacement this weekend. I have to say I'm really pleased with the result as the replacement seats and door cards are far nicer than the originals. Everything on the seats work except the memory, there was an additional plug in the door card but nothing in the wiring loom, although this was a nice to have and not something I was worried about.

Overall the job was easy but things that caused a bit of head scratching were removing the split rear seat backs and removing the screw in posts that the set backs connect to. If anyone is planning to do a similar job then give me a shout and I'm happy to help (with advice!).

One last thing, I have no skin left on my fingers thanks to playing with sharp plastic all weekend :)
