+1 re knowledge. They colour matched the grey on my A4 B7 seat perfectly. Never asked them about feeding though.

Hopefully their customer service has caught up with their technical skills by now.

Splash, you have just reminded me. Their customer service is seriously , but let that not detract from the product which is very good.

The leather seats (including valcona or fine nappa) have a coating so there is little benefit in "feeding" the leather

It is far more effective to clean regular and then periodically and a protector.

I use Dr Leather products - the wipes are fantastic, I use once a month on my valcona leather.
