A6 C5 replacement seat wiring

I have a runout model special edition Avant on a 53 plate. The front seats are sagging and I'm looking to replace with either Sport or Allroad seats. Unlike the current basic leather seats these would have electric lumbar support and probably heating.

I'm fine with swapping the seats, the question is whether the wiring is already in place for the lumbar support and the heating, so I could just plug and play, or if it's an extra bit of loom and therefore more of a pain. I've already figured out that I'd need to swap the climate control panel for one with the heated seat controls.
