MMI transport repair kit

My mmi screen jutters while retracting back into the dash. I've removed it to inspect, but I can't see anything wrong. Is there a way to repair the transport mechanism or a repair kit available from Audi? I've tried lubing the runners with silicone grease without success.

Mine did the same my local dealer changed it under warranty. My car is 2011 but I bought approved used and as far as a I am aware there is a modifed mount.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately my car is a may 2012 so the warranty is well explore expired. If be interested to know if the complete unit was changes out our if it was just the drive unit? Also what the modified part number is?
