Guys i need your help!
2005 A4 with BLB engine.Electrical problems. Bear with me!
During the recent rain fall i noticed the drivers footwell was soaked. eventually found the cause was the ecu cover cracked and ecu box was half full of water(which hadnt risen to height of ecu thankfully).Anyways i dried out the ecu box replaced the relays and fuses held within. All was well. The car started up and drove perfectly for a few weeks. Then one trip the glow plug light started flashing.checked brake lights, they were stuck on. Changed the brake light switch for a new dealer part(modified part) still no joy..thinking i may have damaged the switch i bought another one and fitted it,still the same.! In the meantime the car lost power, went into limp mode and the engine management light came on so i had a scan done..
7 faults.

P3102 Motor for intake flap-V157: no signal

P0245 turbo wastegate solenoid (A):low/short to ground

P3338 Activation glow plug module: electrical malfunction

P1495 Radiator exhaust gas recirculation switch-over valve-N345:open or short to ground

P3101 motor for intake flap-V157 open or short to ground

P3004 relay for preheating of coolant, low heat output-J359: open or short to ground

P3006 relay for preheating of coolant, high heat output-J360: open or short to ground

apologies for the long winded message guys! any help appreciated..thanks

Hi, yep plenum drains are clean and dry. thanks for the suggestion.
im thinking a possible break in the main wiring loom..will have to disconnect it both ends and do continuity checks.
Any other pointers? cheers guys

FIXED! In the ecu box, a wire going to one of the two 15A fuses had corroded and wasnt making a proper connection(no doubt due to water ingress)
Cleaned connections and re-assembled.all is good now..thanks for the help;)
