Hey guys,

I'm new to this and don't often get involved with car things but I'm having a tough time with this guy who worked on my car.

Had my CV joints replaced and about 2 days later after a few hundred kilometers the CV joint slightly slipped off of the arm nearly causing myself to die and leaving me stranded in the middle of the night on an open road with no help anywhere close by.

I slept in my car for the night an eventually in the morning when someone drove past they called a tow truck driver for me, my cellphones batter went flat. It cost me a fortune to tow the car but luckily the new mechanic was able to repair my parts. The splices on the edge of the arm were just badly grinded down.

I decided to take the old mechanic to court because i think it was totally unfair and nevermind the expenses i incurred but it was honestly the most frightening experience I've ever had.

The mechanic is saying that it is impossible what happened, i do however have pictures and a motivational letter from the mechanic who fixed my car. However the lawyers requested that i try and get more... They said i need to get extra motivational letters from professional giving there expert opinions.

So if anyone would be so kind to please help me out if possible. You would just need to state who you are and if you work for a reputable company have their letter head on your letter. This won't hold anyone accountable for anything it is purely professionals giving their opinion...

Thank you so so much in advance, i don't normally get involved with guy talks on cars but i really need help.
