Thinking of buying 2008 q7

Looking at a 2008 3.0 q7 it's had facelift front fitted, but seems to lack Bluetooth, sat nav, iPod USB etc, can this be added/ retro fitted,
also do they all have power lift and close tailgate? If so does it work from remote aswell of is there an extra unit needed

All can be added but at great expense and time. Power tailgate can also be retrofitted but again time and money.

Ok not fussed about sat nav but would like USB/iPod connection what's the best way to go about adding that, what parts would be needed, do any other models have the same parts as work near a good Audi breakers
