Hey all, I have a 2004 B6 Audi A4 2.0 petrol. Couple of problems have developed over past month or so and would like an idea as to what they might be before going to a garage. First of all the car gives out white smoke, usually at worst on heating up, and can be quite thick sometimes. Has no smell to it, no emulsified oil or oil in water, usually also tends to stop after its given a good boot but not always. Secondly the car goes through a full lot of coolant in anything from 3 weeks onwards, can't seem to see any leeks and as I've said no water mixing with oil at least when you look where you top up oil or on dipstick. 3 & finally 4 are quite similar, basically to start when the speed is over 40mph and steering right with power applied there is a deep humming/buzzing sound, and then when at higher speeds (60-80mph) there is a similar buzz/hum noise but at a higher pitch, obviously harder yo hear as speed and engine noise increase. Hope I've given good enough explanation for some rough diagnoses! Thanks all in advance, I'll do my best if anyone wants any more detailed info!
