B&O retrofit

Hi all,
I had a bit of luck on eBay a few weeks ago and managed to grab a bargain.

Got all this black edition roof lining/ pillars etc,leather door cards and armrest and all the speakers, sub and amp From the b&o system
I currently have the standard concert stereo with sub and amp and as far as I can tell the only speakers mine doesn't have is the tweeters above the front doors.
This is where I need some help,
Are the speakers, sub and amp just a case of changing over the old for new? (Amp will need component protection removed)
The tweeters that I don't have wiring for I have found this link to add them

Instead of using the method in the above link, would it work if I got the door wiring looms from the same car the tweeters are from and swap them entirely with mine?

Ok. i'm no expert by any strech of the imagination, but spent most of last night swapping wiring looms in door panels. After which I had new door panels (with tweeters already fitted) wired up and working to my old stereo.
I wouldn't of thought a speaker/tweeter would be an issue? (but probably wrong I suppose if your trying to add a speaker that wasn't already there?)
I had LHD car door cards, swapped the wiring looms from left door card to right door card (to get the window switch plugs in the RHD door card) and the tweeter plugs in the rear seemed to come direct from the door (not off the card loom)
I'd be careful to check what options your old door card looms have compared to the new door cards before you swap looms. Last night I had extra wiring in my new door cards for foot lights, rear lights and lights over the door handles but NO wiring for the "tow away alarm" function button" in the new looms.
Speekers & tweeters (in my limited experience) seem to be wired from the door itself, not the door panels.
Mine worked as I said in the rear doors from another car without any drama so you might be ok.

It looks like it's just plug and play for the speakers and sub. I assume you're just putting the hole panel in for the tweeters. You'll need to code your head unit to the new amp though to avail of the BandO stuff.

I have the B&O system - there is a big sub which sits under the spare wheel which I'm pretty sure is B&O stamped. Unsure if the standard system has that ?

I've a sub in front of the spare wheel ( Avant), I've 2G Navi.
