MMI Nav Plus Keeps Freezing and Rebooting itself

My MMI Nav Plus has a mind of its own, today alone it froze about 4 or 5 times with me having to reset it, it also rebooted itself a few times too. I don't know what's going on,,,but its peeving me off.
Software Version is K0770.
My first thoughts were maybe the rSAP connection is dodgy (had to root my phone to get it going)..but then I disconnected the phone ...the only difference was it was calculating routes much faster...but was rebooting and freezing..I really don't know what to do apart from maybe a software update. The car is just over 3 years old. Any of you guys had this problem or know of a fix.

I have the same problem. Mine is a 2015 facelift. Some days it will reboot several times in succession and fold the screen away and then out again and then in again. Once I had to do a 4 hour journey in complete silence and without navigation; if I wanted that I would have held onto my Vauxhall Viva.

It's one for the garage at the next service.
