Key Problems

My wife and I have a key each. Hers works perfectly, but mine, whilst it unlocks the doors, leads to the message, ''Key not Recognised.....''

I have changed the battery without success. Any one know if there's an easy fix or come across this problem before?

I had this on my fl other than being annoying it didn't come to much. Dealer couldn't replicate when they had it. I found that it was worse depending on the jacket I wore and which pocket I had the keys in.
