q7 4.2 tdi handbrake not working, nor is bluetooth

Purchased an Audi q7 last Sunday, and have just realised the e-handbrake and Bluetooth are not working, can anyone shed any light on the matter. Year is a 58 plate. TIA.

Scan the car for faults with VCDS.
There are member here with VCDS who will scan for beer money.
Look in the VCDS section for member map.
