Hello all. Sorry for my English, because im from Estonia. I decided to ask you all here, since it is a bigger community to get advice from.
I have a 1999.5 FL 1.9TDI 81kw quattro with 5 gears. It had chip since I bought it and the DMF died. For money wise it was better to get solid flywheel from audi 80 TDI 66kw and Sachs clutch kit for 150€ vs 500€. Now I kind of regret the decision.
One problem is that til 1600rpm it has a strong vibration and not great to drive around the city with 4th gear since its near the 1400-1500rpm where it vibrates and resonance in car. My friend has a Valeo kit and it does the same.
But thats not the reason im here. With new SMF clutch kit I also changed the drive shaft bearing from BMW E39(shaft has a bit different angle now) + gearbox oil for Liqui Moly 75w90 GL4+ if it matters anything.
Heres the list of the problems I have:
It started to make a high pitch chatter noise when I drive faster than 35km/h.
*Does not matter if engine works or not
*Does not matter if I have gear in or not
*Does not matter if I pressed clutch or not
*Does not matter if low or high rpm nor the speed after higher than 35km/h
*It makes loudest when the 5th gear is in(does not matter of speed)
Under the car we pulled the upper linkage down since it seemed to be against the chassis but it did only take noise away at higher speeds(90km/h)
I got that noise away when I turned that bolt out a bit.

*For 3rd and 5th gear, when I press gearstick forward or left/right when in gear, they make low chatter/vibration noise
*For 2nd and 4th gear only from lef/ right(Or if I pull back hard)
*When in neutral and I move it left or right.
At 1700-2000rpm theres resonance and different vibration than before 1500rpm. But after we put 3 missing bottom gearbox bolts back in and when we pulled the upper linkage down(maybe bent a little) it went worse when hard accelerating.
When in 1st or 2nd gear and around 1100-1200rpm(or no throttle at all) I can hear the slow metal rattle noise.
It did not do any of those things before I went SMF. I hope it isn't too confusing explanation. Ask any questions if you can not understand what I meant.
I hope to get it fixed soon :/
