Hi

i have convenience key , electric front seats with memory drivers side (no massage function)

i have stored two seat profiles on the drivers door , when I press button 1 or 2 the seats move into the correct stored positions as they should do.

According to the manual , on page 54 under the heading "REMOTE CONTROL KEY" it states ,

"The drivers seat profile can be assigned to the remote key control when you lock the vehicle"

"Select: Function selector button "CAR"-control button "CAR"-Systems - Vehicle Settings-Drivers Seat - Remote Control Key- "ON"

I have turned the setting to "ON" under Remote Control Key setting , HOWEVER when I unlock the car with either key the seats Do Not move ,

Can someone please help

I'm pretty sure the seats don't auto move like MB when you use the key. I made that mistake with the electric steering wheel and it was a complete waste of money to see it go up 1cm when I switch off.

Take a look at this Audi Tutorial on " memory seats" - 2 mins 10 seconds into the video it talks about the seat moving to the correct position when the car is unlocked - just like it states on page 54 of the manual

Works in my facelift.
There's a setting somewhere in the mmi. Took me a wee while to get it working with the keys. Now when my wife unlocks with her key it moves to her positions and same with my key.
Will check the setting for you when I go out later

Have you driven the car with the key in and then done the same for the other key? If my wife takes my key and then sets her seat, the key remembers the latest setting of the seats. It goes back to normal after I have been in the car and adjusted it to my position.

I have tried what you have suggested , many thanks All sorted now !

i think the Keys must of got "corrupted some how" ,so Yes the seats move to the correct position when you unlock the car.
