Does your (colour) DIS remember the last tab you were on when you restart the car?

I read a thread the other day (which I can't find annoyingly) in which folk were discussing their DIS behaviour.

Some were saying that when they enter the car and start it up, their DIS starts from the last tab they were on when they shut the car off. Others behaved like mine where it always restarts on the OBC (red tab) regardless of where they left it. (Although I have noticed that if I turn off the engine and let the car shut down but don't get out/lock the car, when I restart it the DIS has remembered its last position)

Does anyone know if this is something that can be set or if not, why it works on some cars but not others?

I had added some further detail after yes but for some reason it didn't show.

Anyway, mine's a 2014 multitronic, so late, pre-facelift.

Hmmm, perhaps it's a year thing or perhaps its the mmi s/w version (if that can affect other things such as the DIS?) - mine is still on early s/w.
