Skoda Octavia 1999 TDI 1.9 1U2 AGR
I have a weird problem with the drivers side window lift.
It stopped working, and thought that's easy, replace it -oh no, after going through 2 new, lift w/ motor, it's same problem.
When hitting the comfort panel, you can hear the motor control unit acting for a split second. But that about it, stuck there. It's not the elevator stuck, since i'd been through 3, that works.
tried the normal initialize proc. reset (eg on and up 3 sek, on again 13 sek. no go!
Can't find any ref. in the VAG manual for fuses, but that can't be the problem, since it reacts.
Could be an control unit, but can't find ref. to that either, but would be weird too, since all other windows and central locks works fine.
Think atm it could be the comfort control handle, but it looks pretty basic, so not sure there?
Anyone have any good idea's?
