Hi All.

I am thinking about changing my SE trim seats to SLine seats. I have manual seats with only electric lumbar. If I buy exactly the same (with only electric lumbar) SLine trim will this be just plug and play job? Do plugs are the same and will have no errors on dash? Thank you for any help.

Yes simply replace and job done, If you disconnect battery first and reconnect after fronts have been refitted then airbag light wont need resetting.

Ok. Thank you. Is it the same if I would like to change speedometer to colourful as I have only basic black and white? Or it is more complicated. Thank you for help

Different kettle of dolphins altogether, expensive and not too easy. All for very little. My advise? Don't bother.

I'd be interested in doing the same - where are your sourcing the s-line seats from? new or second hand? and at what kind of cost?

I have changed the speedometer from black and white to colour. It is somehow plug and play.
Just make sure that the speedometer is the right one. If your car has ACC, buy one for ACC (or from a car that has ACC). If not, buy the one without.

My car hasn't got ACC and the speedometer was on a car with ACC. I had some troubles to code that option out. I don't know why, all the other coding went smooth.
You will need to change them at a dealership since all the speedometers have component protection. this can only be activated by them online.

Note: The ODO will show the km from the new dashboard!!!

Bear in mind that the S-lIne seats use different leather to the SE seats (Volcana rather than Milano) and also they have a different stitching pattern. You may therefore want to swap the rear seats as well or it will look obvious that the front seats are not original

Hi. you are the first one that did the swap.

How much did pay for all (part and labour)? and where did you do it? Was it a main dealer or independent garage?
Thank you for all information. Peter

It looks like the cushions (9 on linked diagram) are the same but you will need to swap the back parts (2 on the linked diagram)
