Push to start clutch bypass

After all the headaches the multitronic gave I ended up doing the manual conversion..........the last thing now is the push to start clutch switch. The car originally didn't come with a clutch pedal or the wiring for the switch so, how do I get around the push to start issue? I recoded the various modules so the car now thinks it a manual and the only thing I can think of is a relay or if someone knows wether it's possible to vagcom it out?
