Minor faults, Can they be easy fixes?

Planning on looking at an Avant next week but its not local and these are the issues he said are with the car.

CD player jumps/skips
Rear washer intermittent and stops in middle

Can anyone tell me if you swap over a CD multi loader in the glove box with one from another car, will it need re coding?
Also If the rear wiper stops in the middle of the screen (It's an Avant) and works intermittently, could this be the wiper motor failing as a result of the common crap washer hose? Told him this was a recall and he's calling Audi tomorrow to see if this can get done.

Has the car a single CD or multi-changer in the glove box?

It's just the wiper motor which is a known issue, quickest way to solve the problem would be to replace the motor, but the arm may be almost impossible to remove from the spindle so add the price of a replacement wiper arm.

Cd changer will require component protection removed if changing it. Audi for 1 hours labour charge to remove or a specialist with the hardware.
