Hi All,
Anyone know if it's possible to remove the rear headrests in a saloon? Eldest's car seat is being played forward by it and could do with taking out temporarily.
Can only see how it can go up or down but not come out?
Cheers

On my C6 you move them upward all the way and they just slide out.
Can't think that headrest technology has moved on that much in 8yrs? :)
Try it on your centre one first (which is smaller) then you may have to fold the seat to remove the bigger ones either side....but am unsure what the clearance is on a C7.

Same as Marks reply, and there may be a plastic spring loaded locking device to press in while lifting headrest

On the opposite side from the adjusting device there should be a small slot. Pull the headrest as far out as possible then insert a small blunt item into this slot(I used my car key out of the fob) and push slightly while pulling the headrest up. It should come all the way out. It is easier to fold your seat forwards for clearance but not necessary.

Fantastic! Thanks for the help folks! It was the tab on the opposite headrest I couldn't work out. Cheers!
