New to this forum, forgive me if this is in the wrong place.
Wanted a bit of technical help if possible.
Not sure if this is a common fault. Got an intermittent problem with my Audi A4 where the washer Jets aren't working. I located the pump and tested with a battery which worked fine
Do these cars have a relay that works in conjunction I should check. Or does the feed to the pump work directly off the steering column. This is doing my head in. Im good with electrics but dont want to blowup an airbag.
Is there a diagnostic that would show outputs/inputs etc
It occurred to me that, this is possibly the problem, although not tested it yet.
From what I gather the jet outlets are heated. I was thinking if the heating element went faulty, could this drag down the power to the pump??
