Swapping doors

Hi. Would be most grateful if anyone can tell me if I can swap a 2011 rear passenger door with a 2014 door ? The car is a 2011 a4 avant -the new door is from a 2014 s line avant.

I believe so. The 'B8.5' facelift only affected the lights, tailgate and bumpers. The door pressings are identical.
