2004 MK5 Golf 1.9tdi Bkc Engine P0234 Code

Hi,I am New to this Forum so firstly High Everyone.im having a bit off bother with my turbo and was hoping use could help me.Turbo blew on my MK5 golf 1.9tdi 105bhp BKC engine.
car was remapped.

after fitting a "Recon" turbo and still having the Map i got a code of P0299 Under boost. i got the Map deleted and now i am getting a code of P0234 turbo over boost.the car is going into Limp mode anywhere between 65-80mph and if i turn the Ignition off and on the car will run again ok.

any help would be greatly appreciated.thanks in advance.Darren

who was it remapped by? who reconned the turbo? whats it being scanned with?

Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) ON
Boost Pressure too high

Possible Causes

Hoses incorrectly connected, disconnected, blocked or leaking
Boost Pressure Control Valve (N75) faulty
Boost Pressure Sensor (G31) faulty
Turbo Charger stuck/faulty

Possible Solutions

Check Charge Pressure Control System
Perform Output Test (to check the Turbo Charger)
Perform Basic Setting (to check the Charge Pressure Control)
Perform Pressure Test to locate Leaks
Check/Replace Boost Pressure Control Valve (N75)
Check/Replace Boost Pressure Sensor (G31)
Check/Replace Turbo Charger

i was really just bumping my post up the threads.

Car was mapped By N.I Remapping and Reconned by NI Turbos both companies in Northern Ireland.

I am just scanning it with a we hand held reader mate.
