Crafter CR35 radio volume control not working

Hi All,

The audio volume control on the CD/Radio of my van has no effect. The CDRadio works fine and the rotary volume wheel turns normally but the volume no longer goes up or down. The van's a Crafter CR35 TDI LWB. Any advice would be appreciated.

The dial is probably broken. Prob best just to get a new unit.
