Rear Middle Seatbelt Buckle Wrong

Hi,

Went to pick up my daughters and one of their mates the other night and noticed that the rear seatbelt buckle is the wrong side of the little button located on the belt. This means that the buckle won't move on the belt. No idea how this happened but I can't for love nor money get it back on the "right" side of this button.

Any ideas? Not sure if all that makes sense.....
