new tyres ordered

I have ordered 4 Contental sport contact 5 from Germany Tyreleader for my Audi 2012 Avant 2.0 tdi
just wondering what experiences others have had with the same tyres

Hi, Got them on my car now, I used to have the Conti Sport contact 3 before. I previously managed to get approx 20k miles out of the last set and was impressed with the handling....so fully expect the same as the Conti 5's are meant to be "even better" with a new compound. I've noticed the actual tread design has changed too.

P.s. what made you order them from Germany? They are available in the UK....

Wondering what experience you had of their service, presumably no problems ? - they get very mixed reviews and website is pretty poor, prices are V keen though!

not used them before , i have used Opeoneo before they were good, i haven't had the tracking number yet but it states it take 48hours to get tracking number. I paid on credit card so any problems i can claim back from credit card company. i will post on how long delivery was etc when they arrive

FYI, there is a promotion on at the moment, if you buy two or more Continentals from Camskill you get free hotel accommodation for one night. Maybe available from other vendors but I've been shopping around for these tyres and only Camskill mention it.

Yes, but be careful. Mytyres I know from past purchases supply direct from Germany so may not be eligible. I've emailed them to get confirmation.

Had a look at the hotel offer, nothing near me with 3 kids can't go too far, not bothered about weekend offer , tracking tyres they have arrived in the west midlands hub so i expext delivery next day or so. I will update on condition of new tyre when they arrive

tyres arrived today, 5 days from ordering to delivery no problems. I'll put them on tomorrow and see how they go.
