I have a VW Bora Highline 1.9TDi 130 bhp engine code ASZ

Engine Management light has popped up and I have been trying to diagnose them as best I understand.
4 Faults found:

18027 – Glow Plug Relay (J52) – YET to Change
P1619 – 35-10 – Open to Ground – Intermittent
17957 - Boost Pressure Regulation Valve (N75) – CHANGED and CLEARED code previously
P1549 - 30 - 10 - Open or Short to Ground - Intermittent
17932 – Fuel Pump Relay (J17) – CHANGED and CLEARED code previously
P1549 - 30 - 10 - Open or Short to Ground - Intermittent
18080 - Coolant Fan Control 1 – NOT SURE?
P1672 - 35 - 00 - Open or Short to Ground

Not sure why error code 17957 and 17932 has re appeared as they have been replaced.
So I thought I best ask the professionals for some guidance any steps/instruction would appreciated

Once again thanks in advance

It may not have been the N75, is it going into limp mode? If so check the turbo vanes. Can you hear the fuel pump when you switch the car on? Makes a slightly "squishy" sound

Hi Doctle Odd

Since I reset the DTC's no such error has appeared yet, but this is a random Limp mode as car drives well and limp mode seems to kick in whenever it suits, as there is no pattern. I'm doing roughly under 500 miles in a week. I will get the garage to look at the Turbo Vanes as I have no idea where it is located and how to dismantle it. I have noticed on the odd occasions when switching the car off it seems to stutter.

Hi

I attempted to change the Glow Plug Relay thinking it was located underneath the steering wheel, but to my surprise it wasn't, please can you direct me to where it is located so that I can change it.

thanks in advance

Did you check at the glow plug leads for power first? The relay plate is above the pedals up under the dash.

It would be worth putting a bottle of Archoil AR6600 Turbo cleaner through the fuel system before going much further and give the actuator arm a good exercise, it might just do the trick seeing as the fault doesn`t happen too regular yet

All

Update to my limp mode, well I got to the EGR Valve cleaned out and have replaced both Relays and so far no Limp mode and no relay errors. Well its be only been 3 days, but I seem to get the errors when I hit my 202 miles journey, but this week nothing and I hope it stays this way. Once again thanks for all your advise and tips. My Bora Highline continues the roar on!
