ok guys I have a Dodge Journey which has the 2.0 R4 8v TDI PD 47-103kW engine

I am getting MPG around 32 dipping down to 28, I had expected to get around 46mpg

I ran some diags today (cant use VCDS due to Chrysler ECU) and I got the following readings that concern me:

Intake Manifold Pressure - 1 bar / 99 KPa
Air Flow Rate (MAF) 15.41 g/s on cold idle / 9 g/s running temp
Absolute Throttle Position - 94.9% on Idle

The Intake pressure and throttle position never change they are stuck on those values (i have tried a few different diag progams and all give the same result)
Now those readings are way off but no error codes are being thrown up. Theres no other symptoms other than low mpg

I have ordered a new map sensor and throttle sensor, I also changed the MAF sensor today but the same thing happens.
Im also going to be blanking off the EGR when my blanking plate arrives.

Any other ideas on what could be wrong and why theres no error codes being show? Im hoping ive covered everything with the bits ive ordered but would appreciate any info on anything i may have missed or overlooked. My last car was a Dodge Caliber with the same engine and I could get 50mpg from that so mine seems way off. The cars also only done 28k miles
