Minimal MY16 changes for the A6

The door inserts are all alcantara in my MY15 A6 BE - build in week 10.

I have the alcantara inserts and leather handles and armrest on mine

Not unheard of for MY changes to appear before the official production schedule. It is all down to parts availabilty etc, although in this case I would have thought there was little difference to the manufacturer of door trims whether they made them with synthetic leather (don't think you get real leather on the doors unless you go for the full leather upgrade) or Alcantara. Now as to cost and profit that may be a different matter!

mine was a launch car(November 2014)so has a few things extra on it. It has the upgraded leather door covers that can't be spec'd with the alcantara seats.
