Hi all, I have an issue with my Q7 MMI interface. I have just bought a cable to connect my music HDD to USB. My device powers up but I'm getting the following error from the screen.
"An error occurred while the software was being updated" please try again
Can anyone advise me on this? I've had the car a week and haven't done any updates etc to the system, so not sure why this error is displayed. The HDD worked fine in my older A5 MMI system.
Do I need to update the MMI to be able to get it to work?
