The car is A4 2.0 TDI Avant B7 Multitronic

So im driving like 30mph and when i release the pedal i feel like engine moved a bit, and when adding again its like its moving in opposite way. Its really noticeable when driving in town where you need to let go/press gas pedal often and every time you will feel this slight kick/jerk. There are no weird sounds, you just feel some jerk when you release or press throttle. The jerk itself isnt strong but whoever is driving the car can feel it, and passengers too if i tell them to focus. It is all the time just one jerk/kick not multiple.

My engine mounts are checked by the mechanist and he replaced the one under tranny on my request, other two he said they are fine.

Flywheel was replaced like 50k miles ago, but previous owner told me this, not by me.

Not sure where to look first?

Forgive me as I'm not very experienced with audis yet but I'd been expeirenceing this on my Jaguars zf autobox. The oil was a low. I couldn't believe the difference when I gave the gear box a thorough service. It felt like something was wrong but it just needed it's 'sealed for life' box oil replaced.

I just found on other forum post from a guy with same issue. A solution is similar to what you are saying:

The problem was found.
When the indy replace the TC, they put in 7 L of ATF, as it's all that came with the ATF kit. however, since TC itself need about 2, so that's what caused the jerking - hestitate of lock up, and bubble.
Now my next question will be, was 2L a lot? I have driven with the missing 2 l for about 500 miles, shall I replace all the ATF again?

The thing is the ATF oil was changed 5 months ago, could it be that the filter in tranny has the issue?
