VCDS shows no fault with cruise control but it doesnt work

I ran a VCDS scan on my car - 1.9tdi A6 C5 Avant - and while it showed no fault for the cruise control - the cruise control is not working.

Is there anyway I can use VCDS to interroagte the fault further ?
