What to buy?

Well I've always wanted a sports car but also like (love) making things so the wife has agreed to me having a tiger Avon kit car. I'd buy it in stages with all parts from the factory as I'm limited on space and can take about 2 years to finish.

But, I also love gadgets and can't help buying them. I've got an insane amount of stuff and currently want the dynamic rear lights for my A7.

So what do I buy first? Either way it will be around May until I buy the first of either.

Start the kit, the lights will cheaper the longer you wait...

You've got it all wrong, the first step is to buy a Kubota and start digging a pit in your garage.

Buy a toy to build a toy.

buy an old landrover and rebuild that, then join the local club and get out to do some trialling or laning. much more fun than a little sports car you can only use twice a year and can't see over the local hedgerows.

Buy them both and don't tell the wife? Unless I arrived home in a yellow Hummer I don't think mine would notice anything car related as long as I laundered the transaction and kept it away from the bank and CC statements.

Buy the kit car and by the time it is finished it will be time to trade in the old A7 for a new one with dynamic rear lights
