Hi everyone, this is my first post on this forum. I havebeen viewing from the shadows for a while and I have to say that this is a verywell run and informative site and I hopefully look forward to receiving somehelp with my problem.
Ok. Basically my Satnav has decided to play up! A couple ofdays ago I noticed that my position on the satnav map was way out by say 400+metres. Resetting the MMI has not made any difference. I suspect that the sharkfin antenna may have bitten the dust but as my car has only recently (16thJan) ended its warranty period I am trying all possible avenues before returningto the Audi dealership and getting hit by a large bill.
One thing I wanted to check was to see how many satellitesmy receiver was actually picking up but I cannot see where I can find thatinformation on the MMI. Any help?
Also do you guys have any idea how much Audi would chargefor a fix?
Any help would be very much appreciated.

Cheers for the reply and the links to the relevant forum pages etc. Looks like a call to the dealers!

I would just go back to the dealers
its only a few days out of warranty. Normally if the car has a full service history they might fix out out of good will.
I managed to get Honda to pay for a new gearbox and light bulb(£150+) 3 years out of warranty.

Especially if they are the supplying and/or serving dealer. They will be keen to keep you as a customer
