My last Audi had S-line seats,

The s line seats are more shaped and hug better. Also more adjustment from the front bolster behind your knees. I prefer s line seats. All my audis have had sports seats apart from my last one and I missed the seats a lot. There are also comfort seats which are supposed to be great with loads of adjustment.

You also get lumber support included as standard on the S-Line seats, option on standard SE seats. S-Line also offers alcantara facings as an option to leather

Agreed... If you want the most comfort options then go for the full comfort seats - although they are probably a bit less 'sporty' than the S-line / sports seats. I had them on my C6 and they were fully electrically adjustable and very comfy.
Tried SE seats on a test drive before buying C7 and then drove an A7 with S-line seats... wife insisted on sports seat upgrade for allroad. SE seats were (in her words) "bench like.. no side support"
