audi a6 c7 2014 mmi playing up

hi,

when first got car the screen would retract into dash and come back out as and when the car was locked and unlocked. not the screen seems to just do what it likes, sometimes it goes away as locked, sometimes it stays on and displays a black screen. also now, the audi drive select has stopped working, it will not allow me to select anything from that menu the drive select screen is just frozen. tried doing a "reset" but not sure i'm doing it correctly.

anyone shed any light on this issue??

It's under warranty, get it booked in for diagnosis. Screen issue is a common occurrence across the range.
